Things that are more likely than this being a legit, recent photo of a stock S15:

- It’s a rebodied Pulsar

- It’s a pre-production Silvia prototype that’s never gotten into the hands of an actual owner

- It’s an R36 Skyline test mule in an S15 body

- The whole car is a trick of the light, doesn’t actually exist

- It’s a drift/drag car in sleeper-spec

- It’s a screenshot of Gran Turismo

Stock Silvias don’t exist anymore. :(

That looks like a truck, with it’s ride height and that much sidewall.
